Shop Nursery Prints

At Shop Nursery Prints, each print is made to order once your purchase is placed. Because of the custom production process, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns for Other Reasons

Because our prints are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering mistakes

Please review the product details and size options carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

All prints are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
