Welcome to Shop Nursery Prints. Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shop Nursery Prints. Shop Nursery Prints operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, tools, products, and services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

By accessing our website, browsing our store, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or Services.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF SERVICES

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction. If you permit a minor to use this website, you accept responsibility for the minor’s activity.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws while using our website.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, including product descriptions, dimensions, images, materials, and colors. However, actual colors may vary slightly because of differences in monitors, mobile devices, screen settings, lighting, and normal printing variations.

All artwork and prints sold by Shop Nursery Prints are physical, made-to-order products unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. Frames, mats, furniture, and decorative accessories shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Because each print is produced individually, slight variations in color, trimming, placement, or finish may occur. These normal production variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, available sizes, materials, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

  1. ORDERS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted once payment has been authorized and an order confirmation has been sent.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product information errors, technical issues, or product unavailability.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including:

• Product selection
• Print size
• Quantity
• Shipping address
• Billing information
• Personalization details, when applicable

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Because orders are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

  1. PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added during checkout based on the customer’s shipping location and applicable law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order enters production. We are not responsible for delays caused by declined payments, incorrect billing information, payment verification, or payment-provider processing issues.

  1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All prints are made to order after your purchase is placed. This allows us to maintain quality standards and produce each item specifically for your order.

Because each order is individually produced, a production and handling period is required before shipment.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING

Orders are generally processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday.

During this time, your artwork is printed, quality-checked, and carefully packaged for shipment.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or major United States holidays.

  1. SHIPPING

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States.

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

Orders may be shipped using trusted carriers depending on the destination, package size, product size, and fulfillment location. Carriers may include:

• USPS
• UPS
• DHL
• FedEx

We do not guarantee that a particular carrier will be used.

  1. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the United States generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

The estimated total delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, including production, handling, and shipping.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives or scans the package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that packages can be safely delivered to the shipping address provided.

  1. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Items from the same order may occasionally ship separately because of product size, packaging requirements, availability, or fulfillment location.

If an order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers.

  1. ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Shop Nursery Prints is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages delivered to an incorrect address when the address provided by the customer was incomplete or inaccurate.

If a package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping or replacement charges may apply.

  1. LOST, MISSING, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@shopnurseryprints.com.

We may ask you to confirm the shipping address, review tracking information, contact neighbors or household members, or wait for the carrier’s investigation period before a resolution is issued.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed until the circumstances have been reviewed.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All products sold by Shop Nursery Prints are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because of our made-to-order production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selection
• Ordering mistakes
• Color differences caused by screen settings
• Failure to read the product description

Please review all product details, size options, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer product exchanges.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at info@shopnurseryprints.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• A photo of the packaging, when applicable
• A photo of the shipping label, when requested

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.

  1. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times vary depending on the bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, and Shopify’s payment-processing system.

Original payment-processing timelines are outside our control after a refund has been submitted.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, illustrations, product images, photographs, logos, graphics, written content, and other materials created or displayed by Shop Nursery Prints are owned by or licensed to Shop Nursery Prints and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial right to display the purchased physical artwork.

You may not, without prior written authorization:

• Copy or reproduce our artwork
• Create digital copies of our products
• Resell or redistribute our designs
• Modify our artwork for resale
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Use our product images or written content on another website or marketplace

  1. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the rights of another person or business.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, misleading, abusive, obscene, infringing, or harmful.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Shop Nursery Prints permission to use submitted reviews and content for customer service, marketing, website, and promotional purposes.
